Sharing the experience of life in Mumbai through the senses. Vaseem Khan gives Inspector Chopra his first case to solve following retirement and makes it all the more challenging by adding an Elephant into the plot. I thoroughly enjoyed this book.It does take time to introduce the characters, but it is worth the wait. It was recommended as for readers who enjoyed No1 Ladies Detective Agency by Alexander McCall Smith, it is slightly more active than the genteel ladies of the No1 Detective Agency, a light but entertaining crime novel.
