If you previously set your user account to allow you to renew loans for family members or others whose cards you've linked to your own, you will see that recent changes to the site have removed the links. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
To get the links back:
- 1. Visit your local library with your library card. If you are a guarantor for the person you whose account you wish to link, bring their library card with you. If not, they will need to visit the library with you to give their permission to link your library cards.
- 2. A member of library staff will link the library cards for you.
- 3. Next time you log onto the library catalogue to renew loans, you will see a drop down list of your linked library cards to choose whose items you wish to renew.
