Join The Library

If you live, work or study in Wiltshire you can join the library online. Online registration is not valid for those who already have a Wiltshire library ticket. Lost or mislaid your library card?

When your registration is complete you will receive a temporary membership number and PIN (Personal Identification Number). You can use these straight away to reserve items from our catalogue.

To borrow items and use the library computers, you will need to visit one of our libraries to collect your library card. Please bring along some proof of your current name and address (acceptable documents are: driving licence, allowance book, bank or building society statement, official bill or invoice).

If you have lost or mislaid your library card please tell us as soon as possible. This will allow us to prevent anyone else from using it. Please apply for a replacement card when you next visit a library. You will need to provide proof of identity and pay a replacement fee See Library charges (Opens in new window).

You are responsible for any items borrowed on your card until you have informed us.
